New Yarns

We have three new yarns from Red Heart. Designer Sport is a great 3 ply yarn. It has all the same great characteristics as the original sport, but it's been done in much brighter colors and it's a lot softer to the touch. It will be great for making baby items. The Red Heart Collage yarn is a 4 ply acrylic yarn with all the beauty of a wool yarn. It has a very "natural look" with the benefit of being soft and washable. Last but not least is the Red Heart Zoomy Yarn. This a really fun little 6 ply super bulky yarn. This yarn is really hard to explain. It's 70% Acrylic 20% wool and 10% nylon blend. I think it would make the best sweater yarn.( If I knew how to knit, I'd make myself one.) Cozy, yet fun colors.

"Real " Fish Fabric

Hurry in a take a look at this fabric collection from Granola Girl. Catch of the day features "real" fish, you know the kind that we can actually catch in the lakes and rivers of Minnesota. There's also a little panel that captures the restfulness of a day on the lake. The coordinates are to die for. Lures, all over fish and great tone on tones. OOH, my brain is spinning, Who do I make this quilt for??? Husband, son, son in laws??? Any way I don't think we're going to keep this on the shelf very long, so don't put off your trip in to get this group of fabric.

Felt Christmas Kits

It's a little hard to think about someone buying a Christmas kit now, but I know in reality the love and the labor that it takes to complete a project like this before Christmas, so for you lovely people who have the patience to do this handy work here you go! We have just received a few Felt Christmas Stocking and Tree Skirt Kits from Bucilla/Plaid. As usual they have put together some really cute kits. Stop in and check them out.

T-shirts

I am sure by now you have seen the sensational price on our slightly imperfect T-shirts.

But now you have to check out the incredible samples of things you can do with your t-shirts. Yes, I know that tie dying is still a favorite and will never go out of style, but there is so much more. The cutest tops you have ever seen, bags, purses, skirts, and more! All the patterns and ideas are in a wonderful book called Save this Shirt.

Ceramic Tile Bible Versus

We now carry 5" x 5" ceramic tiles with a biblical verse for every letter of the alphabet. I must say "they are beautiful! Very colorful, and very nice individually or buy several to form a group setting, or individual words.
