Here are a few new things that the Floral Department shared with us at our "Show & Tell" meeting this morning - and now I'd like to share them with you: There are two new funky colors of Mega Marbles that just arrived. I'm a big fan of the lime green one - but I can see either one adding a nice punch of color to a glass vase/arrangement.
I'm not quite sure what you'd do with this next item...but I like it! This 56" long chunky bead garland has the look of real glass - even though it's acrylic.
Lastly, there are a few new dried floral items including some "twiggy" branches, long grass-like leaves and flowers. Take a look at these and other dried floral, all located in aisle 1.
Hi, My name is Mary and I am new to the Crafts Direct blog so I would like to take the time to introduce myself and to let you know how very excited I am to be able to blog. This store is amazing and I am thrilled to tell you about the frontend and gift area. It has everything from sunglass cases in assorted styles, sizes, and colors to three really awesome inspirational rooms filled with Willow Tree, wall art and more.
And what can I say about the candle area. Brand names like Yankee, McCalls and Woodwick to name a few. Floating, as well as battery operated candles in many assorted styles and sizes. We have new Candle Warmer@ lamps with their very own refills now. They come in great fragrances and the colors are very vibrant not to mention different shapes of lamps!
Reed diffusers in any size and fragrance you can imagine. I could go on and on, but the best thing would be to stop in and check it all out. Feel free to ask for any assistance you may need or just to say “Hi”.

Making Memories: A new line called "Great Escape" - consists of some amazing double sided & foil paper with images of surf boards, Hawaiian flowers and such. Add finishing touches to your page with these coordinating tags or "word fetti". Or pick up this mini spiral journaling book - to keep track of of your favorite memories & highlights of a recent trip!
Doodlebug Design: I know a few employees that were doing cartwheels in the aisles when these new Doodlebug papers came in! And I have to agree - I think my favorite is the zoo animals...or maybe the cupcake paper...or is it the pink plaid? Added bonus: there are matching stickers to go with these new papers! Luxe Design: Has two new styles of calendar papers, called "It's About Time." Choose from the month or week-long calendar - and embellish as desired.
BoBunny: Here's another line of great summer paper. (All these papers are double-sided too!) There are several fun designs, plus coordinating stickers and rub-ons.
Imaginisce: There are two new lines from this company - the first collection is called "Teacher's Pet" and has some amazing school-inspired paper and matching rub-ons & stickers. The second line is called the "Wild Things Collection." You'll find these adorable safari animals irresistible! The paper comes in a bamboo pattern, animals images and animal words. Reminisce: I know there is never enough baby-themed paper, so this company came out with a few new boy & girl baby papers and stickers. Added bonus: the papers are pearlized!
Core'dinations: There is a new product called Core Color Cardstock. It is a sandablecardstock that has a "core'dinating" core color instead of a white core. Heavy weight, 80 lb., premium, acid and lignin free. Sand, tear or antique it to reveal the beautiful core colors and add your own creative touch. Canvas texture on one side and smooth on the other. Bernat Yarn lovers we have new colors of Super Value just for you. The colors are fresh and really fun. I can imagine all the really fun sweaters and scarves to made to off set the the very long, cold and dull winter months.
We also recieved a collection of baby yarns. Bernat Baby Stretch. This yarn is soft and sweet. Grandmas it's time to gear up you needles and hooks and get those baby hats, sweaters and afhans cranked out. There's patterns on the packaging. Oh so easy!
Last but not least. We brought in Bernat Sox yarn. One ball makes a pair and for those of you who don't care for wool, this one is for you. 60% Acrylic and 40% Nylon. It's wasable and dryable too. Lots of fun!
Leisure Arts has put out a whole slew of new cross stitch books and we have them. Leah says that some of them are oldies but goodies that they brought back. They are in aisle 23, stop in and check them out.
We have just received the cutest little project. It's a sock monkey with a little friend. He measures 21" when finished and he has little brown bedroom slippers on. The kit alone makes a great gift,but making the monkey and then giving him to a friend, now that's a fun gift.

Every one knows that it's very important that we take care of the creatures of our earth, and the younger they start the better. We got in the cutest little collection from David Textiles. It's called Endangered Animals. There's cotton and flannel pieces. I think that this group would make the cutest baby bedroom set. We also got in a piece of cotton fabric called Keep it Green.This piece would make the best market bag. It would really re-enforce the reason why you aren't using paper or plastic anymore.

Where to start - we just got in some new watch faces from Bead Smith. Choose from different face colors and different metals. String your favorite beads on some jewelry wire, attach a lobster claw at each end and now you've got a watch band. Make bands in different colors to match every outfit!
Blue Moon Beads just came out with a new line called NOIR. The line is made up of mostly pendants & large metal spacers.
Also from the Bead Smith - we have different sized metal book marks. Add some charms to the loop at the top, or string a few beads to make a personalized book mark for yourself or a friend.
